Village Government
Sauk Village is governed by six elected trustees and a mayor. Board of Trustee members are elected for a four year term and the mayor is elected for a four year term. The Board is empowered to adopt local ordinances and pass resolutions. The Board of Trustees conducts all of its business during monthly meetings open to the public.
